This "Agreement" is a binding contract between InternationalJoyFlix ("we" or "us") and you ("you" or "Customer") for our video creation and delivery service. By placing an order, you accept this Agreement.
Orders
To place an order, provide your name, email, payment information, and images. We will create and deliver videos to your email.
Payment
You agree to pay the specified fees on our website using valid payment information.
Delivery
Videos will be sent to the email you provided. We aim to deliver within the specified timeframe but do not guarantee a specific timeline. Please check your spam folder for emails. If there are errors in your personalized videos, contact us, and we'll provide a prompt solution.
No Compensation for:
- Actors dancing "too little."
- Personalized videos being too short (typically 40-60 seconds).
- Mispronunciations of text; actors cannot guarantee perfect pronunciation in every language.
Intellectual Property
You retain the rights to your images. By providing images, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for video creation. We retain the rights to the videos; reproduction is not allowed without our written consent.
Warranty and Liability
We warrant defect-free videos for 30 days. We disclaim all other warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Privacy
We process your data according to our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration, and the language of arbitration will be English.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between us. Amendments will be posted on our website; your continued use implies acceptance.
